Our cancellation policy is as follows. After you make a reservation you have 24 hours to cancel without penalty. After that time period the cancellation fee is $50. If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival you will be charged the full amount. If we can rerent the room you will be charged only $50. If you rent the entire home the deposit is 25% of the cost of your stay. This is non-refundable.
